About Team Nelson

  Bill Nelson, Real Estate Consultant/REALTOR, is currently in the Top 1 percent of Realtors Nation Wide. He has sold more homes for free than any other realtor in the country and has been described as, "a true force in the market".  This former “RE/MAX Rookie of the Year” has also been named as one of “D Magazines Top 50 Realtors” for the past several years. His experience is long and distinguished as a Senior Consultant/Project Manager for Deloitte & Touché, as well as Arthur Anderson. Bill and Andra were the owners of 3 grocery stores prior to their Real Estate careers.  Bill moved to the Highland Village area in 1978 and was an all district basketball player for Lewisville High School.
  Andra Nelson, Broker/REALTOR, is the driving force behind the scenes for Team Nelson. She is a also a former “RE/MAX Rookie of the Year”. She is the Operations Coordinator for Team Nelson. She is the mother of two daughters, Natalie and Madison. She has a bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, as well as having attended Texas Weslyan Law School. She brings a great deal of experience to the team as a former associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. 
  Lori Harris, Closing Coordinator/REALTOR,  is the "contract to close" specialist for Team Nelson. She is responsible for the hundreds of steps involved in closing a transaction, after it has gone under contract. As Closing Coordinator she has daily communication with almost every person involved with the transaction. She makes sure everyone is doing what they are supposed to do (inspector, lender, Title Company, survey, home warranty, etc.).  She ensures a smooth closing for our clients. Lori has over 20 years of experience in real estate industry.
  Andrea Vasquez, Listing Director/REALTOR, manages all aspects of the listing process for Team Nelson. She checks and then double checks that each client's house can be found in every possible search engine.  She has expertise utilizing all marketing tools necessary to make the selling of your home visible to the general public and other realtors. This includes coordinating with the professional photographer, verbiage and photo postings to the MLS and Realtor.com, 800 number descriptions and weekly updates on competing listings.
  Ken Davis, Business Development Director/REALTOR, is a dynamic, Top Producing Real Estate Agent for Team Nelson. His clients rave about his knowledge, high energy level and most of all his protective and caring attitude. Ken Davis and Bill Nelson have been friends for over 20 years. Ken's business executive background and a fierce work ethic, give him a distinct advantage over the average realtor. Ken started his real estate career in Austin and was a perennial Top Producing agent. Ken and Bill have been looking for a way to combine their talents for years and "Your Home Free" is the result. Ken is married to his beautiful wife, Kathy, and plays golf as time allows.
  Tricia Hoffmann, REALTOR, is one of the highest volume agents in the DFW area.  A native Californian, she is simply a "Monster Agent" and has been a multi-million dollar producer for Team Nelson several years in a row. Bill & Tricia have been featured in "D Magazine's Best Realtors".  There is nobody better to negotiate a deal than Tricia.  She is a graduate of Drake University. She was a Division I collegiate softball player, as well as a softball coach at schools such as Schreiner University and The University of Texas at Dallas. She is married and the mother of 3.
David McClelland, REALTOR, is a graduate with honors from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a multi-million dollar producer for Team Nelson as well as a published author in the political field. He is second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and currently holds several State Championships. In his free time David volunteers as a Fireman/EMT in Dalworthington Gardens, and is a youth leader at First Presbyterian Church of Arlington.
Robert Einsohn, REALTOR, is a native Dallasite making him very familiar with the DFW area. He has had an extensive career in New Home Sales where he was a perennial top producer with an impeccable record of satisfied homeowners. Robert has built a reputation in the field for always doing what is in the best interests of the home buyer he represents. He believes that Trust is where it all starts.
Dana Barber, REALTOR, is a transplant from the state of New York and graduated from SUNY College at Buffalo with a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems. His 25 years of project management experience in the corporate world shows in his attention to detail and accuracy with every transaction.  A resident of Highland Village, he is active throughout the DFW metroplex, being a long-time volunteer for Rinding Unlimited in Ponder and Resource Center Dallas.  His slogan is “Serving the entire Metroplex, but specializing in you!”
Chris Middleton, REALTOR, was born and raised in the DFW area and have lived in all corners of the Metroplex. He worked with Lennar Homes for 2 years and has extensive knowledge of the new home market from start to finish. Chris left Lennar to join Team Nelson as a full time Realtor, using his knowledge in the industry to serve buyers and sellers alike. He has four children; Anna 14, Zoe 12, Jonah 8, and Ella 4. He is a member of Genesis United Methodist Church.

Karla Lancaster, Realtor, is a native Texan. She was a tremendously successful Sales Executive in the Printing Industry for several years. Karla began her Real Estate career in 1999 and she brings that same intensity to Real Estate. She is well liked for her “no nonsense” style and she protects her clients like they are family members. Karla’s customer reviews consistently gush with loyalty and praise for her work ethic.

Jayson & Leanna David, Realtors, are another Real Estate Power Couple. Graduates of The University of North Texas, they are actively involved in all facets of the real estate business. Jayson was a custom home builder and has also done remodeling and pool building. When they are not helping clients, Leanna oversees their Real Estate investing company. They have experience buying, remodeling and “flipping” distressed properties. They are also very knowledgeable about Foreclosures and Bank Owned/REO properties. Jayson and Leanna live in Collin County with their 3 children. When the boss (Leanna) allows, Jayson enjoys, golfing, hunting and playing with their kids.
