Our Team

	Bill Nelson is currently in the Top 1 percent of Realtors Nation Wide. He has won awards such as “RE/MAX Rookie of the Year” and has recently been named as one of “D Magazines Top 50 Realtors” for the metroplex. His experience is long and distinguished as a Senior Consultant/Project Manager for Deloitte & Touché, as well as Arthur Anderson. He was also the owner/CEO of a grocery store chain and an all district basketball player for Lewisville High School.
	Andra Nelson is the driving force behind the scenes for Team Nelson. She is a former “RE/MAX Rookie of the Year”. She is also the Operations Coordinator for Team Nelson. She is the mother of two daughters, Natalie and Madison. She has a bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, as well as having attended Texas Weslyan Law School. She brings a great deal of experience to the team as a former law associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
	David McClelland is a graduate with honors from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a multi-million dollar producer for Team Nelson as well as a published author in the political field. He is second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and currently holds several State Championships. In his free time David volunteers as a Fireman/EMT in Dalworthington Gardens, and is a youth leader at First Presbyterian Church of Arlington.
	Tricia Hoffmann, a native Californian, is a multi-million dollar producer for Team Nelson. She is a graduate of Drake University. She was a Division I collegiate softball player, as well as a softball coach at schools such as Schreiner University and The University of Texas at Dallas. She is married and is a mother to a beautiful little girl named Trinity.
	Scott and Nicole Fahnestock are a dynamic, top-producing real estate team for Team Nelson. Their clients rave about their knowledge, high energy levels and most of all their protective and caring attitudes. Scott was a Div I basketball player and graduated from Indiana University. Nicole is also very athletic and graduated from Abilene Christian University before attending grad school at FSU. They are residents of Highland Village and enjoy hiking, camping and physical fitness.
	Robert Einsohn is a native Dallasite making him very familiar with the DFW area. He has had an extensive career in New Home Sales where he was a perennial top producer with an impeccable record of satisfied homeowners. Robert has built a reputation in the field for always doing what is in the best interests of the home buyer he represents. He believes that Trust is where it all starts.
	Dana Barber is a transplant from the state of New York and graduated from SUNY College at Buffalo. He has over 20 years of project management experience in the corporate world. He volunteers as board president of Riding Unlimited, a program for special needs children and adults. His slogan is “Serving the entire Metroplex, but specializing in you!”
	Lori Harris is the Transaction Coordinator for Team Nelson. She is responsible for the hundreds of steps involved in closing a transaction. The transaction coordinator has daily communication with every person involved with the transaction. She ensures a smooth closing for our clients. Lori has 15 years of experience in real estate as a Realtor. She brings knowledge in sales, training, marketing and management to the position.
	Dixie Whitby is a listing coordinator for Team Nelson. She is responsible for facilitating the entire pre-listing and listing process. Additionally she provides clients with their expertise utilizing all marketing tools necessary to make the selling of your home visible to the general public and other realtors. This includes coordinating with the professional photographer, verbiage and photo postings to the MLS and Realtor.com, 800 number descriptions and weekly updates on competing listings.
	Jo Anne Worthington is the Business Development Director for Team Nelson. Joining our tem this year, Jo Anne is the most recent addi­tion to our team, and has already proven to be an asset in every aspect of the job. She will propel Team Nelson’s award winning ex­ceptional service to the next level! She is married and a mother of three boys; Ryan, Evan and Corban as well as a beautiful daughter named Henleigh.
